I found this local store while I was looking for a baby trinket gift for a friend, and very happy we stumbled across this store.
The store offers lots of clothing options, toys, and food for babies and kids. They also sell products just for nursing and post-partum care. The store also sells reasonably priced clothing and accepts clothes for consignment where the consignor gets 50% of the sale.
The store offers free delivery if the order is over $60. We will be coming back again when shopping for kids' clothes.

Positively the best! As someone who doesn't have babies, and I was shopping for a baby that likely already has everything it needs - the cheerful and enthusiastic ladies at this store truly had a positive impact on my shopping experience. They made me an age appropriate gift package, and explained the benefits of item. The store even sells locally made goods, has a community space/classes, and consignment clothes for new parents. I would 100% recommend this little gem.

If I could give 10 out of 5 I would. This place is a must! Not only it has an enormous variety of toys, organic foods, gears and other baby/children necessities it also serves as a community. There are classes inside the store, there is gently used amazing clothing and the owner cares for mothers and children so much! They always bring some new products and services. I’ve enjoyed doing a clay workshop (my daughter’s hand print), First AID class, sleep class, sign language and music courses and can’t imagine motherhood without the support and knowledge of the team at JillandtheBeanstalk...

Great little store. Tons of cool baby stuff, but also some neat things for older kids. Excellent diverse options... Dolls with skin that isn't just white, books about Black kids, and books with generally diverse characters. Also, the service was helpful and friendly.

This was a very sentimental purchase! My son is 19 and this is his childhood stuffy, "Fuzzy". He is well-loved with holes in his ears and matted fur. I have searched for years to buy another one with no luck. In comes Jill at Jill and the Beanstalk to save the day! So helpful to find it and then order it for me. So many of us have fond memories of that special childhood toy. Finding Fuzzy certainly made a young man smile :o)
Love the Musical Jewelry Box. Made inquiries and they responded quickly. Stood by the quality of the product. Shipping was easy and reasonable with a 'thank you'. Also they are Canadian and a small business.
The janod magneti' books are nice and light, therefore easy to bring on the go. The magnet is the perfect strength where it wont fall off when shaken but easy for any toddler to take right off with no effort.
Love the bears we got, super soft and perfect. Jill was very helpful and quick to respond to my many questions.

My toddler received this puzzle for Christmas and it is her new favourite toy. She will come and grab me from anywhere in the house and drag me by the hand to come and play with it. She especially loves the jam jar piece for some reason.

So simple and so cute. Makes my sons, 2 and 4, laugh every time. It holds their attention for quite a bit. They cannot wind them up on their own, so I do have to be present. Aside from that they are super cute to add to a gift. Children can play with them on their water table, in the tub and in a bowl in the kitchen to distract them. Also, great customer service over the phone and by email from Jill and her team - very attentive even for something small.
My son is so proud with his changing colour umbrella. So cool for my toddler ! And super safe too to open and close himself. Well thought !
